Refund Policy

Overview

AITShirt sells digital credits and subscriptions for our AI T-shirt design generator. Credits are added to your account as soon as payment succeeds and are used up when you generate, so refunds depend on whether you have used what you bought. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Failed generations are refunded automatically

If a generation, background removal or upscale fails or times out, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us, and you can see the refund under Credits in your account.

Credit packs (one-time purchases)

• You can ask for a full refund within [X days — owner to set] of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used.
• Once any credits from a pack have been used, the pack is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Subscriptions

• First payment. You can ask for a full refund within [X days — owner to set] of your first subscription payment if none of the credits from that billing period have been used.
• Renewals. If you forgot to cancel, you can ask for a refund of a renewal payment within [X days — owner to set] of the charge, as long as none of the credits from the renewed period have been used.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan and its credits stay available until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a period.
• Yearly plans. [Owner to set: same rules as above, or a pro-rata refund of unused months.]

Alipay and WeChat Pay purchases

Purchases paid with Alipay or WeChat Pay are one-time payments in CNY with no automatic renewal. The credit pack rules above apply to them, and approved refunds go back to the original Alipay or WeChat Pay account.

What is not refundable

• Credits that have been used, or that have expired.
• Purchases on accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.
• Dissatisfaction with the look of a design that generated successfully. If something went wrong with a result, contact us and we may add credits back at our discretion.

What happens when we refund you

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, in the original currency. The credits granted by that payment are removed from your balance at the same time. We aim to process requests within [X business days — owner to set]; your bank or payment provider may take longer to show the money in your account.

How to ask for a refund

Open a support ticket from your account settings or email support@aitshirt.app with:

• the email address of your account;
• the order number (shown under Payments in your account settings);
• a short reason for the request.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks on payments that are eligible for a refund can delay the refund, and we may suspend the account while a chargeback is open.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live, such as withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU or UK.
